Pilot forced to make emergency landing after passenger refused to stop farting lailasnews

The incident led to a fight after the flatulent man, didn’t heed to the plea of the pilot and other passengers on the flight.

Pilot of a flight from Dubai to Amsterdam made an unscheduled stop in Vienna, after an elderly overweight man reportedly refused to stop farting in the packed out cabin he sat in for the flight.

Repeated requests and even a direct order from the pilot, after two Dutchman who were sitting next to the flatulent man told him to stop and complained to Transavia Airlines crew, didn’t stop the flatulent man from holding back his farts and further led to a fight.

It was gathered that the Pilot reported “passengers on the rampage” before footage emerged of passengers being removed in a post on social media by Alfred Dekker. Officers boarded the plane with police dogs, and four suspects were escorted off the plane.

Confirming the incident, a Police Spokesman who spoke to MirrorUK, said the incident was sparked by a passenger suffering from wind who was not attempting to restrain himself; his offended two young Dutchmen -who started a fight with the man.

Speaking to the local media, two sisters who also confirmed the story said the two dutchmen did nothing wrong.

25-year-old Nora Lachhab said;

“It was crazy that we were included, we had no idea who these boys were, we just had the bad luck to be in the same row and we didn’t do anything.

“They did not do anything to justify the bizarre behaviour of the Transavia crew.

“Do they sometimes think that all Moroccans cause problems? That’s why we do not let it sit.

“We had to find our own flights home with another airline.

“All I will say is that the crew were really provocative and stirred things up.”

On the punishment the four passengers involved in the fight got, spokesman for the airline who disclosed that the passengers were not arrested because they had not broken any Austrian laws, however said they all have now received a ban from any further travels.
