“Please help me make this post public. We really need help. Please.
I am a graduate of university of Port Harcourt. May I use this medium to inform the general public of the injustice and gross wickedness of the management of university of Port Harcourt.
Students who graduated in 2016, haven fulfilled all academic requirements were denied their certificates and are asked to go back and repeat a full section because, they paid their fees late. After a full year of begging the school management to consider and reverse their decision, there was still no headway.
After graduating with no academic issue, I and over 700 students of various departments are been called back to the classroom because we payed the school fee late.
May I also inform the general public that students who have already been issued certificate have been asked to return their certificate and we’re not mobilizations for nysc because their final year school fee was paid late and thus, have been asked to go back to the classrooms.
Even those who had already gone for nysc were decamped and also asked to repeat a full academic session. We the students of uniport need justice because this is the height of injustice and oppression. Uniport should let those who have graduated go.”
